SafePoints Syringe Exchange
Exchange used syringes for new, sterile syringes. Other safe injection supplies & resources available.
Promoting disease reduction among IDU’s. The act of exchange also promotes disease reduction in the community as a whole (i.e.: emergency personnel, waste management, parks & rec., etc.) by keeping used syringes out of garbage, sewers, parks, gutters, etc. When people come in to exchange syringes we are able to connect them to other services such as detox, medical & mental health care, disease testing and more.
Overdose Prevention & Response Training (Naloxone distribution)
Training opiate users, their friends and family on how to avoid an overdose, how to recognize one, and how to respond with calling 911, rescue breathing, and use of Naloxone.

Young substance users program addressing the specific needs of young people age 18-30. Providing education, resources, referrals, and a safe place to ask the hard questions. Vein care, abscess avoidance, overdose prevention & response, disease testing, medical and mental health information, AOD referrals.
Educational Workshop ” What I Wish I Knew”, Providing Strength Based Education to youth 15-24 on the unique risks associated with opiates and how to navigate situations in which peers are using opiates.
